• Posting unlawful data on the website
• Influencing the Earnbuck website in order to degrade its performance or in a way that makes it difficult for Earnbuck to provide services to customers
• Any other unlawful purposes

Prohibited chat use

Earnbuck.net may mute user for given time period or permanently or even completely block the account for any of the following: Harassing other users or making them feel unwelcome.

• Toxicity, or saying things devised to provoke a reaction onto others.
• Asking other users or staff for money (begging).
• Sharing pornographic or deep web links.
• Advertising or spamming. This includes posting referral links.
• Posting bonus codes.
• Any other unlawful purposes

Age restriction

To use our website you must be 13 years old or older.

Refferals

User’s promocode might be delete or block if it counterfeits existing promocode of well know youtuber or his nickname.

Bans

User might get temporarily or permanently ban for any activity we deem to be suspicious, or potentially fraudulent. Any of the following would warrant an account ban/freeze:

• Using multiple accounts or more than one account per household.
• Receiving offer chargebacks.
• Completing offers on another user's account.
• Using any type of VPN, VPS or Emulator software.
• Completing many offers in a short space of time.
• Completing suspicious offers which have a high rate of chargeback.

Offer holds

We reserve the right to temporarily hold offer credits at any time. This will occur automatically if a survey goes over a user's credit limit.

We reserve the right to hold these credits for up to 90 days after offer completion.

Coins

All 'currency' values on this site are represented by Coins. Coins do not represent any real life value, and can only be used in exchange for our withdrawal options.

Taxes

You acknowledge that you should settle the money you earn on Earnbuck.net with the tax authorities on your own, in accordance with the tax laws of your country.

Refunds

You may receive a refund if the site has made an error. Any other error, such as an error with PayPal, or mistakes inputting withdrawal addresses are outside of our control, and are not eligible for refund from us. You would need to contact the provider directly to receive a refund.

We cannot refund coins for withdrawing to a banned/limited PayPal account, however if you contact PayPal and arrange for the transaction to be refunded back into our account, we will be able to refund your coins when we receive.
